So all these web statistics that get sent to me (I usually ignore) sometimes turn up funny things…
Apparently, Neil Diamond just revealed that he wrote ‘Sweet Caroline’ for Caroline Kennedy. That is amazingly trivial nonsense that I would think no one would care much about. Not true, apparently. People are searching for all the scandalous details about it and some of our old lyrics to a song called ‘My Caroline’ are being returned in the results. Of course, this is a song from our old band that we’ve all but forgotten about but it’s a nice reminder of how nothing truly dies on the internets.
